Milos Kerkez has been very heavily linked with Liverpool and seems set to make the move to Anfield this summer where he would join compatriot Dominik Szoboszlai
Jamie Redknapp said this weekend during coverage of the Premier League that even if Liverpool are to sign Kerkez, they need to retain Andy Robertson, who remains “a top player”.
That said, the ‘Greek Scouser’, Kostas Tsimikas, is expected to be sold to make room for Kerkez – or whoever Liverpool end up signing at left-back
However, the more and more that emerges in the rumour mill, the more it seems that Kerkez will be Liverpool’s new left-back this summer and that includes the latest flirting online between Kerkez and Szoboszlai
All season, the two Hungarian internationals (who are friends to be fair) have shared and commented on each other’s posts but amid the strong links to Liverpool, Kerkez has now dropped a cryptic clue on Instagram

Has Milos Kerkez dropped the biggest hint that he could join Liverpool this summer
While social media is hardly the best guage for transfers, Kerkez has left a reply to Szoboszlai on Instagram that seems to suggest a Liverpool transfer in the works after Ian Wright said he reckons the Reds have already wrapped up a deal to sign the Bournemouth defender.
Szoboszlai commented on a post Kerkez made on Instagram following Bournemouth’s 2-1 win over Arsenal at the weekend. The left back posted pictures from the game with the caption: “We believe
Cryptically, Szoboszlai commented “We do” on the post before Kerkez replied with the ‘eyes emoji
Not time to get carried away just yet
Now there is nothing to suggest that guarantees a move to Anfield for the 22-year-old but given all the speculation that Kerkez is set to join the Reds, it feels a bit different.
Another thing is that links to other left backs have all but dried up of late which may suggest that Liverpool are certain that Kerkez is their man.
The summer transfer window is around the corner so if Liverpool are indeed closing in on a move to sign Kerkez, it won’t be too long before we find out
